Well, I don't get to many matches at all, so I imagine most people are better at showing their support than me. I have no problem with people criticising from behind a keyboard, as you know. Even when it's just negative.

If some posters are asking people not to spend the match shouting insults, booing, and then walking out 30 minutes before the end, then they are entirely right to do that. I imagine we've all sat near someone who does that, and it's pretty unpleasant for all concerned.

But I don't link that with saying that people should naively accept everything that happens, at all. It's not a case of "don't criticise", but rather saying "don't express that criticism in a way that's damaging to the team".

I wouldnt worry about the players thought they are becoming millionaires off the fans money. The vast majority don't give a care for the fans im sorry if you think its different but get real.

I feel sorry for fans who actually pay to watch this im sorry but you aint getting my money villa. And if anyone says your fickle and you should get behind the team why.... They get paid thousands a week and should be supportive when they do fck all and pay to watch them NO WAY.

I heard it on tv for the last 5 minutes the chanting. To be honest I would of stayed till about 85 minutes if I went and would not of chanted. People moan about others moaning at the team of course people moan we lost 4 nil and looked rubbish again and these people paid to watch us atleast have a go. Makes me laugh on sites when fans who go to matches think they are better than those who don't. I don't have much money but could afford to go but why would I pay to go to watch rubbish football? Just the same as why would I pay to eat at a restaurant if I did not like the food they were serving up. Thats my two cents anyway.

Er maybe a few more but no way when its mid table its like I know theres loyalty but there is also paying for a product which football is now and if a product isnt that high in quality or results you were stay away paying for it.

For me why I dont go it goes like this. Im a young guy who can either go out with my friends every week or go to Villa Park to watch Villa but I can't afford both. The question is why would I sacrifice my social life with my friends to watch mid table football. Please don't spew stuff such as your not a real fan I had a season ticket for 3 seasons and while I was in Australia got up at all hours to watch every single villa games. Money talks.
