  1. Some older choices but all on the BBC iPlayer at the moment so......

Drive - very slick, well acted and yet hilariously predictable. 8/10

The Devil's Double - superb, really enjoyed it. Stunning lead performance. 10/10

The Rack Pack - a TV movie certainly but a well acted and directed one. 9/10.

And filmed it and kept saying "PIEFACE, UR MISSIN OUT, LOOK AT HER WITH THAT IN HER MOUTH.. MATE, ITS **** ACE.. oi, who told you to stop?"

And then sent you the video whilst you're crying at home with your japanese cartooon girl pillow.

    Voice of experience right there.

  3. I don't think there is a "too soon" for anything in general. There maybe "too soon" in your specific relationship but only you will be able to judge that. If you like her and want to ask her about going away or having "the talk" then just do it.

98% of what you read in "The Game" or that ridiculous Roosh forum is bollocks.

I know. It's like the whole world has gone mad, or at least the part of it that we live in.

Corbyn "whatever anyone says or does or whatever pro or cons or changes in the world or military advice, ever, I will always say no nukes"

Tories "Look  - Corbyn is a threat to our security".

    [people] tell us why, tories.;

tories "Look  - Corbyn is a threat to our security".

[people] "oh never mind...so are you for multilateral nuclear disarmament?"

tories "Oh yes, nukes are bad, we think the world should get rid of them?"

[people] "so your reason to get us some new ones is, perhaps going against the whole disarmament obligation and making the world safer thing, a bit then?"

tories "Oh No, Look  - Corbyn is a threat to our security"

[people} "so nukes are bad, other people shouldn't have nukes and we should all get rid of them...but our nukes are good, because they keep us safe, even though everywhere else seems to have been kept safe without them - you know, Germany, Spain, Australia, etc and so forth and everywhere. And nukes will indiscriminately kill millions of people and wreck countries for decades to come if they are used. They seem very bad. Shouldn't we be getting rid of ours, saving the money and using our deeds to encourage others to do the same? or couldn't you perhaps make a case, a reasoned argument as to why we should keep them?"

tories "Corbyn is a threat to our security"

    [people] sigh...

In principle this is great but the practice is that this exact tactic worked perfectly at the recent election.

As the original, it is the freshest.  It worked so well that they said "Oh, let's milk that format".  I actually enjoyed all of them, but yeah go with the first one and then if you like it watch the rest.

BOF - I am disappoint. Awful films. Awful franchise. quiet quiet quiet quiet quiet quiet quiet quiet quiet BANG!!!!! cinema at its finest. Not scary because of what happens but simply because of the noise. Jump scares are easy.

The Exorcist, The Shining and the original Omen are all great. Let the Right One In is also excellent.

  6. Not a direct stab at Dom but you know you are living in a **** up country when a private citizen can purchase assault weapons because he wanted to get into "longer range target shooting"

That said it looks the mutts nuts and I'd love to fire it - the wider question as to weather I should be able to however stands.

Those clubs are spending alot of money but there are 3 relegation places ..someone is getting burnt at the end of of it ...

MOMS put an interesting graphic from SkySports on FB over the weekend. Essentially the clubs that sign the most players in January have a frightening knack of going down.Throwing more money at more players is not necessarily the way forward.

So we got the missus a new car last year on the Ford Options scheme. She loved it but wanted to go back to an automatic, so after 12 months we swapped to a new Fiesta.

I didn't notice they hadn't fitted the reverse sensors and powerfolds til we got home, this was after an 8 week wait for delivery.

I informed the dealership, and after a few days of moaning they agreed to have the items retrofitted. After 8 weeks, no one at Ford could obtain a pair of **** powerfold mirrors, from anywhere. Like, Ford, the worlds biggest car company.

So I ramped up the complaints and went to Ford head office. After another 2 weeks of emails Ford, in their infinite wisdom, still not being able to obtain a pair of mirrors that they fit to thousands of vehicles, are taking the cheap option by giving us another brand new car.

We had exactly the same issue with Audi over a non-existent but very much ordered sunroof.

They just gave us built us a new car - tbh its a better solution all round - a car that's factory built for the purpose rather than one some knobhead called Wayne as tinkered with in a dealership.

martins is claiming that we've been in touch with him

    still only 31 apparently

I'm calling bullshit on this.  I can't see Garde going anywhere near him - the very epitome of the type of player we should be avoiding like the plague.

    Rafael Van Der Vaart anyone?

He is 32 now and he is gutted he has not making squad at Real Betis

Maybe available for 6months loan? as has Premiership experience and maybe can still offer a club something. Not sure if he has lost it now or whether his is just out of favour. Also not sure what wage he is on these days

    http://www.espnfc.co.uk/real-betis/story/2786705/rafael-van-der-vaart-not-making-real-betis-squad-low-point

Couldn't get a game for Hamburg. Couldn't get a game for Betis.

No thanks - again a waste of money and a squad place.
