Id rather spend my money now and enjoy it. Than die with loads in the bank with a lovely pension.

I don't think this will happen.... and I really don't know if it would work but looking at our squad I think 3-5-2 would work for us.
Gives extra protecting to us at the back with our full backs flying forward
Only draw backs I couldn't think of a better wingback than Bacuna and Westwood would need to be replaced.

It's funny how people see different things. I'm a season ticket holder so I watched him every week (not saying that makes me opinion more valid though) and thought he ranged from on overly aggressive (as in dangerous) to sloppy and lacking awareness. The stat of him intercepting loads feels skewed - how is it worked out? Did it count every time he lost the ball and then tackled them back? That'd count for about half! Then it'd also take in to account the fact our midfield was constantly being attacked, is it pure numbers?
The stats can say whatever you want but, in my opinion, he was a liability most of the time. He offered nothing going forward, was sloppy and seemed lost a lot of the time. I think midfielders especially can influence a game far more than most however bad you are as a team - an amazing striker in a rubbish team might get cut off but a midfielder should be taking a game by the scruff of the neck and I never saw Gana do that. He's better than Sanchez, he's better than Veretout perhaps. Doesn't mean he's good. I don't think he'll achieve anything in the Premier League, whichever team he's at.
Not desperate for him to go like some but couldn't care less he may well be.
This guy has it spot on with how Gana played last season.

i live 40 minutes down the road and it takes circa 2 hours to get to a mid week game, last one was everton, left site in worcester just after 5, turned round and went home after being sat in about an hour of traffic and making it as far as oldbury
i didnt do it because i was on holiday but the 2 blokes i sit with every game did the utd game on the friday night, left kiddy at 5.30, got to their seats in about the 20th minute of the game
id suggest getting the train instead but a return to aston for me is about £10 and the train from brum to kiddy would be 11pm, it'd take me 2 hours to get home after a game
mid week games are an absolute ball ache
You know what is funny though as I agree with the time, for the Everton game me and my mate were late leaving (From Stourbridge) left at 7pm got in our seats before the game kicked off.

Disappointed that my ticket price hasn't shifted. I thought they would have gave some kind of reduction for existing season ticket holders.
Because of the amount of rubbish kick off times I wont be renewing, the price I think is still decent value for what you get but still think the principle of not getting any incentive is a kick in the teeth.
Had a quick look and Wolves will have only had 14 Saturday Home games , and Blues will only have had 12 by the end of the season, and that doesn't include however many early kick offs they have had.
Ill just pick and choose the games.

Anyone know if the funzone bar is open tomorrow?
-
Any one know any pubs/bars round the broad street area that will have the game on?

My mate witnessed the guy fall from the balcony as well and even still yesterday felt sick from it. I didn't witness it but when we walked past he did seem to be showing signs of moving, shame that some kids also witnessed it and I don't know what he was trying to do but lets hope he is OK.
On to the game.... we were disappointing could sort of understand what he was trying to do and I think he was trying to get at least to half time with the scores still level and taking it from there and it was close to working, then second half we gave up.
Thought Bacuna and Gabby should have started but can understand as well why Hutton played and why N Zog kept his place after how he played in the Semi.
We do have some moaning gits in the crowd, fair enough I agree we don't need to sing but to have a running commentary through out the game of how shit we are, its not needed at times. We can all have a beer after the game with mates and moan but to have it constantly does get irritating.

Agree the organisation of the trains at Wembley was brilliant. After celebrating, coming out the ground, having a piss , getting some beer from the Tesco express , getting in the queue and was straight on the train in 10 minutes.
Hopefully they can improve on getting on at moor street and making that quicker for everyone.

ha ha midian... I think its approx 5-10 minutes. But having a 2 year old myself I think you will have to give a few piggy backs even if was 2 minutes walk
-
Yeh I agree or day 1 - 5 years and more season ticket holders
then the 4 days for each stand. Gets you then after a week onto other booking history.
-
Yeh its very surprising, I think its the way its been done over such a long period. A lot of people have waited.
-
Need to take some big pockets then.
-
Ha Ha very true. How busy do people think it will be at 9ish on the trains?
-
Christ, I am glad I have seen this thread. I would have turned up to snow hill about 9am Sunday and been rightly pissed off when no train turned up.
At least we know to go to moor street but I bet there will be a lot of people who still go to snow hill.

I'll be honest I was not a fan at all of hutton under mccleish. Wasn't happy when he was re integrated in the side but have been glad to be proved wrong. Love a full back who makes the wingers scared of going near them and his forward bursts have dramatically improved. Hope he keeps it up and he will become a fan favourite by far.
-
Do I not like that.
-
The potential obviously is still there with him. It would be a lot better to let him get fitness back with his squad and prove it there. There's going to be another spot in the team once Gerrard decides enough is enough for England. We will then have to change tactics also.
-
Wilsheres problem was the press built him up way too high. He is a decent player but far to over rated. For me it's as if he believed his own hype and thought he could win games by his own. He's far too weak to keep running with the ball. If he can go to running the play he might keep us going but at the moment doesn't deserve to be the near the side and on current form not even the squad.
-
Hodgson must have been speaking to mon . That was always his tactic take luke young off , put Milner to right back and put someone further up the pitch.
-
I do believe the same, we are only 4 top players away from an easy top 10 side baring injuries. Whether we have the money and wages to do that is Another story.
Things that piss you off that shouldn't

Thats not surprising at all if the quote was last year, dependant on what you are having done. I know steel for example has gone up probably 50% over the last 6 months.
