I’ve just spent 40mins on hold to the ticket office to then be told… ‘don’t know, you’ll just have to keep checking the website’.
When pushed, she said maybe this Tues or Weds for claret members. Not sure why they aren’t giving dates, odd.

Advice needed.
I’ve got a 4 year old Omega Speedmaster and my house/contents Insurance are demanding a valuation certificate (they accepted the original receipt for the first 3 years, which I assume is the normal practice)
Anyone got an idea where the best place to get the watch valued?
Cheers.

I've found mine really useful for Netflix and iplayer, via my ipad. Is it possible to cast from the chrome browser on an ipad?
Really easy to do on my pc, but can't work it out on the ipad/iPhone. Anyone help?

This is brilliant news for me, had to work the Saturday. Want revenge, I've been to one away game this season, bloody Newcastle!

Snapped up 6 tickets in K1 soon as the text came through. Might need a few more too, anyone know if they've sold out in the upper holt wings yet?

Nice stadium although I was expecting their atmosphere to be better than that load of overrated falseness. Couldn't even understand half the songs they were singing over that Geordie accent.
Likewise, was impressed with St James' as a stadium, but was shocked as to how poor the atmosphere created by the fans was. They were almost scoring for fun for God sake, yet still no real volume from um

Will be driving up myself, anyone got any experience of match day parking up there?
Nightmare on match days, dont even try to park in newcastle centre or anywhere near the ground. Best bet, is to park up at one of the Metro stations and get the train into to either Monument or Haymarket station, you can walk up to the ground from either of them. Be warned though its a bit of a nightmare after the match getting on back on the train (playing sardines with a load of sweaty, and no doubt depressed, barcodes isn't fun)
Have a look here - might be helpful
Obviously on the map St James station is next to the ground, but that to is nightmarish before and after match
Thanks for that mate, I'd have probs attempted to park in the centre of town like an idiot, before reading that!
Metro parking it is then

Barcelona were awesome tonight - fully deserved - fair play to Fergie n Rio, both admitted they were beaten by the better team
yeah, I was impressed to hear them both hold their hands up and admit that. Rightly so though, Barca were a cut above.

Highly entertaining but not to be taken seriously.
Exactly, people take him far too seriously. Great to watch on tele, but doubt many would like him in person.

2-2, agree with previous comments, things need to pick up infront of goal when we get chances.

Just follow one of Gordon Ramsey's Dishes from the Cook-along live shows (all on the C4 website), most of which are a piece of piss. I followed his Paella Recipe on the weekend, and worked a treat!

Went for A, but feels just wrong wishing our team outa the cups? After all we've waited year to be back in europe.

Cheryl Cole, would pick her over most to be fair, man shes amazing.
Wouldn't kick Nadine or Sarah outa bed either. Why anyone would even include Nicola on their list is beyond me, agree with you Stevo

Agree with paddy 100% on the smoking ban. Had a smoker the other day moaning that it was unfair, what aload of crap. Unfair?? and making the rest of the pub/club/restaurant inhale your second hand smoke is fair? right.
Whats the view of you smokers on the ban?
-
Not a smoker myself, got fair few friends who have quit, or at least cut down, since the smoking ban came into force. Used to hate the smell of stale smoke after night out, which I think even smokers themself will agree with.

Trains - Witton or Aston
in PL: Arsenal h
Posted
Looking for a bit of guidance. I attend most home games but haven’t used the trains for years. The last time I did, ended up giving up and walking back into town as the wait at Aston station was a joke.
At full-time, which station is the better bet to get back into the city centre. I know I’ll have a wait either way. Thanks.
