Why does this group feel the need to go to the press with every update? You haven't heard Lerner himself or even a spokesperson in the press at all until the statement yesterday. These other groups have been out there thumping their chests in the media, it just seems like an act of desperation. Why not just put the bid in if you're so confident and you can have your day in the press when it's accepted.

I agree completely. I think that is why most people seem to be more behind the Lerner bid as he doesn't seem to be doing any posturing in public.

I thought Padfield was meant to be a Chelsea fan anyhow? Even if he's only the front I'm suspicious.

To be honest the fair weather supporters annoy me as much as E££is.

The problem as I see it with these protests is that too many people who get involved are fair weather protesters.

As with last time a couple of good results and the whole protest movement grinds to a whimpering halt. The protests sgould not be about result but the old fools lack of vision and investment to bring the club forward positively.
