Have to say, the transition from McLeish to Lambert has been seamless.
-
Bag of wank - exactly what I expected from Macron
-
The more I think about Darren Ferguson, the more compelling he becomes
Can I be the first to mention the letter?
-
Still feel Lambert will come into this somehow - just a hunch.
-
I think Villa would Funke awesome under him too
Oooooh how apt.... the players will now be running out onto the pitch to the tune of Donna Summer - "I feel Love"
They won't because that would be disco

I see the farmers have stopped the Sunnmørsposten again. What are they like?!

Things are about to get interesting.

Mystery Man has a box at VP right? balls deep in the corporate side of the club. Lists his location as the Mail Box. I reckon he's the top man at Harvey Nics. I'm sure he started posting around the time of the kit launch.

Time for direct action.

The atmosphere at Villa Park needs to get a lot more poisonous towards McLeish – they need to know that we're not **** about. There still haven't been persistent chants against him. Make it uncomfortable enough and I'm confident a club statement will come beginning "By mutual agreement..." and the nightmare will be over.
This. Time to ramp up the nastiness. About time Lerner copped some stick as well.

i have found it, the logo was the problem for the home kit. these two are tasteful, plus the yellow one, nice.Away kit based on away kits the 1960'sHome kit to go with it

There's an elephnat in the room - it's Macron.

Tell me again WHY we should not be protesting?

Like Cromwell to the Rump: "in the name of God, go"

id love to know what we do in training, because it sure isnt practicing keeping the ball. training probably consists of the defenders having a competition to see who can smash it highest and furthest.
You go to Bodymoor and see what a fantastic facility it is and you just think it's a crime that McLeish is in charge there. Think of the work a proper up and coming coach could do on those immaculate pitches, think how grateful and appreciative he would be to work in an environment geared to producing attacking, winning football played by a group of hungry young players - and then cry.

Was such negative dirge written about Lerner when O'Neill was failing to win in (every) March?
McLeish has a double mess to clear up, and so far he has had a few short months.
I agree that the football is crap, but it's only marginally worse than it was under everyones apparent hero, so we have to give him some time, which the MON fanboys don't appear to want to give him, or any manager for that fact.
Your hero has gone for good. He is now sleeping with another set of supporters. Get over it.
Yes he has gone, you should take your own advice and get over it. This is all about the clueless trinity of Lerner, Faulkner and McLeish

Alex McLeish is paid £1m a year to put out teams like this. Consider that. If he stays all season it will only end one way. We have to get this **** out.

6. Biffta: I am not really sure what more we can do to "bring good news"...especially when some of the "bad news" is generated by our own fans. We signed a solid keeper, our Manager has been positive in the press, we have had open training, we have won the only game we have played to date, we have indicated we are seeking to sign another key player....I am not sure what more we can do.
You have a bloody brass neck blaming us for generating bad news as you busily engage in what increasingly looks like a fire sale. I presume you are referring to the fan protests? I fail to see how genuine Villa fans exercising their right to protest is 'bad news' do you mean it makes the board look bad? Don't confuse the board with the wider club - you are not the same thing.
-
General,
Has Randy got thick skin? because he's going to need it to be rhino thick with the firestorm that's coming his way. I feel it's time he made a statement about his plans and ambitions for our club. We know he doesn't like the media (does he have a stammer? our Brown's colleagues have intimated as such), but would it really inconvenience him to put out a statement on the OS?
-
General,
Now we are a selling club, can we put Paul Faulkner up for sale?
-
Lerner has an atrocious record of appointing managers - a record he seems set to continue with.
No he hasn't! He has appointed KMac as caretaker, which was fine, and Houllier who was a decent manager and probably the best available to us at that time.
Losing 6-0 at Newcastle was fine was it? How about **** up another Euro campaign? was that fine?

McLeishesque levels of ineptitude. Club is still a shambles.
