Sheff Weds need to just match their results now so would finish above them drawing their final two. They couldn't finish above Plymouth on 48 points unless Plymouth lost their last two games by six goals.

I'd say it's looking far more likely they're going this time compared to other years personally.

49 points and they're still down if Plymouth draw one game (and don't lose the other heavily), Blackburn draw one game and Sheff Weds win one of their final two games.

West Brom will beat Wednesday and help them.

I am very close to development at Alexander Stadium. It's a massive white elephant. The council would be happy to sell to villa, if we wanted to build around the new east stand, 3 new stands to create a new villa park. Roads around there are not ideal though. There is perry barr station nearby though.
