You can't just start a project like again this out of nowhere. Most of the major plant building equipment required would already be booked for other builds now. We have cancelled so will be at the back of the queue. They can be 12 month waits for certain bits of kit.

I agree with all of that. Except if he is sold (and I think he will be to Arsenal) it will.be because of PSR and not some insane rational that he's not actually good and can be replaced easily.
