Having a bubble tea

Loads of people here in Taiwan 'like' Liverpool. Don't understand it but there is a big following.
-
I don't get it. Just get amazing broadband and stream games - just as good quality if you're Internet is fast enough. Or am I missing the point?
-
what a goal! Gabby's on fire at the moment, should have got him in my dream team...
-
These commentators are doing my head in. Being very negative about most of our plays. I think we're playing well and creating some chances which is more than what happened at QPR.

Tsunami coming our way... I think it'll be quite minor though

A League Of Their Own...

Beef noodle soup - not actually cooking as it's cheaper to eat out.

I think that if people STILL can't see the difference Petrov makes to the team.. then there is no hope for them.
-
One thing though, it's nice having Petrov back.
-
Its almost like the players do this just to get rid of houllier
There are some rumours of that. Players don't like him and aren't performing because of it.
-
It's hardly new, but I meet a lot of people who have never even heard of this superb little comedy by Sean Lock.
If you haven't seen it then I highly recommend it.
I'll second this. It really is brilliant.[/quote
This is quality!

Very happy with this
Gérard give us a wave, Gérard Gérard give us a wave
What happens when we play Liverpool... Will Gerrard get confused and start waving at us?

Today is Taiwan's version of a 'snow day'... Offices and schools have closed today due to a typhoon! There were 3 typhoons in the Taiwan area but seem to moving elsewhere which is good. One typhoon can be bad enough like it was last year, let alone 2 or 3!
Means I get to chill out today instead of teaching...

I am looking forward to watching this team playing tonight. I don't have the negative or concerned outlook that some previous posters have revealed.
I think that at some stage we have to trust that someone with K-Mac's coaching experience at B6 since 1994 knows what he is doing.
Those of you that recall the Moscow trip two seasons ago will perhaps remember that the youngsters were two years younger back then and accredited themselves well.
As for formation we might be in for a surprise. Most of us will be expecting a 4-5-1 but have you considered what also a flexible 4-3-3 might look like using the same players?
................................... Guzan .............................
Beye........ Clark........................Davis ................ Warnock
...............Albrighton........ NRC ............... Downing
............ Fonz/Bannan .............Heskey................... Weimann
These youngsters are fast especially Bannan. Weimann is the future star of Austrian football and will be playing in front of the team he grew up supporting and will be very highly motivated. It should be an awesome night for him. I would bet that there will be a lot of support for him in the Vienna crowd
K-Mac has already indicated that Weimann is in form at this time. What better night to pick to give him a start ?
Those of you that recall our away game against Litex Lovech in Bulgaria will also recall that NRC has the abilty to play a blinder. I wouldn't worry about NRC, he is very willing to prove himself and get into the first team.
It makes good sense to rotate Stan and NRC, it will bring out the best of them. Having Heskey upfront and being able to lay off to either Weimann or the Fonz or both could very well prove to be a strategy to reckon with, if used.
Heskey also has the abiltiy to track back and help out the defence.
There's a lot of pace in this team along with a huge motivation to win.
Good bit of positivity there. Not sure about the formation but I agree with that post on a whole.

For me, I think Milner is being a little half arsed. Albeit, he's doing a job and putting challenges in and crosses in. But it seems his body language, to me, seems a bit off.

If you're offended you should probably stop having such stupid views.
I'm using that line for future arguments. Classic!
I'm with Team Science on this one.

these set pieces are giving me the shits

Nice touch from Carew at the end, giving the little lad his shirt after the corner flag incident
Explain?
After Carew scored, he kicked the corner flag during his celebration and it went into the crowd nearly hitting people.
At the end of the game, he went over to the corner and got in with the crowd to give the lad his shirt as an apology.
Love Big John!
