To me this statement by the general says that there is alot going on behind the scenes that we cant see. It fills me with confidence. All those villa fans who are starting to worry and fret because there dosnt seem to be much going on, stop worrying so much just yet.

I believe so. I think MON toys with the media whenever he can. I dont mean this to sound bad but you cant trust what he says because i daresay in his mind he has very different plans.

it's a blatant 'buyers tactic'. you dont go out there, mismanage expectations and reveal your hand (budget). that would be daft.

He dosnt just do it when it comes to buying players. He does it with everything.

That Dica bloke wont cut it i dont think. Some of those goals he put in in that You Tube clip the keepers in the Prem would have saved. Alot of the defending looked very shabby IMHO as well.

The one thing i did like tho was that he controlled the ball in the box, and shot on target.
