I doubt he does think that, no. Have you followed us at all this season? You might recall we picked up a point just four months ago at home, a point that may well be the difference between survival and relegation come May.

Dunno, I always thought Sherwood spoke a lot of sense after games, and his refusal to talk in media-friendly sound bites was refreshing, entertaining and, in hindsight, usually justified.

Arrogant perhaps, but that's what we're lacking right now. I always quite liked him at Spurs, and he'll have my full support.

Wasn't Sherwood the guy who gave Harry Kane a proper chance in the first team? Can't remember.

Have you seen Moneyball? We're the Oakland A's, if we keep playing the game like the Yankees without the financial clout we will always lose, we need to change the model. It may be hard to swallow medicine in the short term but it wil pay off if Lambert's track record works out.
