Let's kick this one off with BinPerson / Refuse Collector

bloody hard job, needed job, undervalued

good on 'em

True, but easier than is used to be. Also, it's not ultra low pay as with other 'unskilled manual' jobs.

I've used a nurse zero times this year

I've used a banker a couple of times

therefore

Bankers >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Nurses

The average UK salary for a binman is £30k.

I'd say that seems pretty good for an unskilled but physically hard job.

In 2011, binmen in Bham were earning an average of £45k a year.
