Popular Post Ghost
Took a quick look at a Rotherham forum for their thoughts and was pleasantly surprised to see this: Villa are massive What an excellent club. 22000 supporters to watch the Millers. They respect us and the competition by fielding their strongest squad. All the support staff were pleasant and helpful. Finally, on the way back to the car there were loads of millers and villa fans chatting as they went. Massive clubs are just that, they don't need to shout how massive they are. Classy club. Has a lot to do with the fact they don't have a Premier League fixture to contest this weekend I would think, with regards to the strength of the playing squad tonight. Fair play on the attendance though! A superb club and what a stadium. I love how they have kept the old architecture for the steps up to the back of the Holte End. You could smell the tradition at Villa Park. I love NYS but their club shop is bigger than it. Great club. What a contrast it was to when we played at Birmingham and had to be held back for our own safety. Had a drink before the game next to the uni, both sets of fans in replica kits, no problems.

The_Lions_Roar
It's easy to forget how wonderful villa park is when you see it every week. Every now and again, particularly if it's other teams playing there in a one off event then it makes you realise. I was thinking the other day that I'd never wants us to move from villa park. villarule123 Posted August 29, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted August 29, 2013 It still feels special, and even after 20 odd years of going I still look around in awe of how beautiful the stadium looks. North Stand needs a tear up though
