I was singing Villa songs to my 4 year old and then he said he had one which I’d like to share.

“I go to Villa, I go to Villa by myself.

We’ve got Diaby, he’s a little boy.

We score a goal, then we go home.

This is Halloween, this is Halloween”

Catchy, yeah?

Just needs a Christmas line in there :D

Really need more player specific songs. Criminal that Luiz doesn't have one.

Change it to Luiz, Luiz..

Only problem is I still have hope that Louis Barry makes the team eventually.

Did anybody pick up on the chant in the North Stand against AZ?

Went something like:

Oh what delight
Watching Villa on a Thursday night
Blues aren't there
Cause there f***n shite
What a feeling what a night

Something i've noticed quite a few times now this season (especially at home games) is how quick we seem to belt through 'Allez Allez Allez'.

I think it would be better if it was sang a tad slower and actually taking a breath between verses.

It appears very rushed compared to Anfield. It pains me to say it but they appear to sing it much better.

What’s the “Thursday night” song?

What are the words?

"oh what a night

watching villa on a thursday night

blues are watching cause they're **** shite

what a feeling what a night"

i think spurs had a similar one about arsenal when they were in the CL and arsenal were in europa with the difference being "watching tottenham on a wednesday night, you play thursday cause etc etc"

The second "are watching" really should be "at home".

Watkins really needs a proper chant too.

"Every week I follow the boys in claret and blue and red and white. We even conquered Europe in 1971, 1972, 1973, 1982 and 1995..."

Doesn't flow quite so well 🤔

The Bailey song is cack!  He needs a Bob Marley number!

I agree, it has to be Marley themed. I asked AI and it came up with this. 🤣🤣

(To the tune of Bob Marley's "I Shot the Sheriff")

🎶 "Leon Bailey on the wing, oh what a joy he brings,

Defenders tremble at his pace, in Villa Park, he owns the space,

I shot the goalie, but Bailey scored the goal,

Oh what a feeling, Leon Bailey's on a roll!

From Jamaica to Birmingham, he's a star so bright,

Dribbling past opponents, like a flash of light,

I shot the goalie, but Bailey found the net,

Oh what a player, we'll never forget!

So sing for Leon Bailey, with all your might,

In claret and blue, he's our guiding light,

I shot the goalie, but Bailey saved the day,

Oh Leon Bailey, Villa's on the way!" 🎶

I hope you enjoy this football chant inspired by Bob Marley's "I Shot the Sheriff" for Leon Bailey and Aston Villa!

I'm thinking working it around 3 little birds would be better

Just like how Yesterday came to Paul McCartney in a dream, I woke up around 3am with this masterpiece going round in my head.

To the tune of Billy Joel's We Didn't Start the Fire;-

"Super John McGinn's on fire, Morgan Rogers makes us touch our todgers."

I expect that'll be belted out from the Holte on Sunday then.
