I haven't got any sympathy for Benteke or Ramirez, it's hardly a secret that referees come down hard on hands around the face. EDIT: I didn't watch the Hull game and was going off a conversation with a friend. Reading a match report it sounds like Ramirez was a bit unlucky, although still a bit stupid.
