Of course but Spurs were proper s*** in the 90s and early part of 2000s. Under Alan Sugar they were fighting relegation most seasons despite having likes of Ginola, Sheringham and Les Ferdinand as options.

Seems there's this perception that Spurs have always been top 6 regulars but it was anything but that up to 2006.

Pretty sure I read recently they've qualfied for europe every season bar 2009 since 2005/06 season so I think we'd judge the reign of Wes and Nas pretty succesful if for next 15 years we play in europe 14 seasons out of 15 and make a CL final in that period.

Under Lerner we only directly qualified for europe in two seasons out of 9 so it's not that easy to stay up there especially as Levy had a dodgy run of managers not so long ago.

Also have to look at Everton who are a very comparable club in size and money spent and they've played very few seasons in europe in recent times so Moshiri must be even bigger disaster?

Winks is stealing a living.

Son and Kane off now in the summer if no European football?

Think will see who comes in, they want Nagelsmann but cant see it. Some media today suggesting Scott Parker 😂

Made our performance last year v City look more impressive though they are better  team  this year. Guardiola's cup final record is ridiculous, scoring a goal is like a win.

Funny see how poor little Spurs were seen as the plucky underdogs yesterday, they offered nothing and were lucky just to lose 1 nill. Kane was basically playing as a midfielder they were so deep and had no chance. 13 years and counting.

Nuno is having a bad season but what about the previous ones before?

He has taken wolves as far as he can. Spurs are a bigger club than wolves. He can do a good job there

Or his MON counter attacking tactics have been found out like at his other clubs. He is more defensive than Mourinho

Also dont forget like us their key man jimenez has been injured for most of the season.

That cant be ignored

Of course it cant but its the style of play. Lost twice to Huddersfield when they went down for example because they cant break teams down as too reliant on counter attacking

If they can hold on to the bigger players in their squad (which won't be easy and might not be financially possible) then having no European football next season might not be a disaster for them - they could end up being competitive in the league and domestic cups with a lightened fixture list.
