Yes, every single one of them.

Genuinely, joking apart - and assuming you're not joking - I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope you find something better, or your company hires some nicer people 🤞

I socialise with my clients and work colleagues, even the French ones

I just assume those saying they hate their work colleagues are putting on an act for VT , like those that claim they don't like meat or Boris Johnson

Do you lot all hate everyone you work with or something?

I quite like my colleagues, it's not a chore to talk to them.

I like a lot of them. I only moan about the ones I hate

Solihull Council. Again.

It's 2021, and our council is in the second largest city in the country, yet they can't manage to email me a form.

Absolutely unbelievable.

I can't collect the form in person because the offices are closed.

Now I have had to type out a letter, print it, and will put it through their letterbox.

So glad I'm leaving this area, they're all **** useless.

I'm sure Solihull can't be worse than Birmingham City Council!

Well that's a surprise, already having difficulty switching phone and internet provider and haven't **** moved yet.

Went with Plusnet, who say there is no line registered at new address even though current inhabitant uses BT internet and landline. Want to charge me an extra fifty notes.

I've questioned this, and they've told me I have to contact BT and get them to do an ORDI (whatever that is).

Contact BT who a) won't deal with me as I'm not a customer and b) say I can't talk to Openreach as they only deal with ISP's.

Plusnet now have 48 hours to sort this pile of shit out before I cancel and take my business elsewhere.

The funny (not for you) thing is that Plusnet are part of BT!

I don't hate any of them, I like a fair few but others, I just have nothing in common with. I don't dislike them, I just can't do smalltalk with them.

I worked for BT for a good while and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

ha , I've literally  just come off the phone with BT and this is pretty much the first post I read

the lady dealing with me from BT was top notch  , I'd go so far as to say she was the most helpful customer service person I've ever dealt with  ...

it's an ongoing battle i have with BT whereby they don't recognise my address , even though they send me a bill to the house every quarter ... (when they send me a new router it always goes to a house around the corner as they use a different postcode , that isn't my postcode !)  .. i'm trying to switch to Sky( so i can use the Q boxes as wifi rather than having yet another device plugged in)  and it keeps getting rejected as , according to sky the address i've given them isn't where my phone is and where i live  ..

anyhow , before this goes into the boring thread ... turns out its Open Reach that don't acknowledge the existence of my house  and this lady went through lots of systems and has sorted it  , so i can now leave BT :)

I've only really had 3 jobs but yes, there has been one person that I despised in each.  That's not to say I haven't made any good friends, which I have, but I'd say by law of averages there is likely to be an absolute bell-end or two in 99.9% of jobs.

Just had a text message from Solihull council - three in fact.

Two telling me my repair appointment will be on May 10th between 8.30am and 5.30pm. Today is obviously the 12th.

And a third telling me my repair has been completed.

How do these wizard's sleeves keep their jobs???
