I replied politely that I have a manager under me who manages the escalations for these issues, so please reach out to him directly. Response - 'I escalated to you' Where to start? 1) A dedicated person whose job it is to sort these issues out, is always the best option 2) I am number 3 in the escalation path, try 1 and 2 first 3) It will actually be quicker to go to my DR, because his job is this. I am in meetings all day so probably won't have time to handle it 4) (and most annoyingly) we have a dedicated Service Manager in our team specifically for this customer. I'd advise him to play Seasons, then he'll start in Div 10 which is the lowest. The only thing I would say is that occasionally you'll get a game in Div 10 with someone who is higher but never played seasons. I haven't played online for years but it used to be a horrible experience. Lag, rage quitting, losing to a team who then just passed the ball around the defence until 90 mins was up. Not worth it.
