Chop chop! Lets all gawp at Newcastle (again)

I'm desperate for someone to get an interview with Kinnear on this one, the mind boggles what he would have to say.

That would be tear-wipingly brilliant. Kinnear, not being a man of the 21st century, would probably have fantastically politically incorrect opinions. Now I too want to hear from him :D

I don't know why Wonga don't just let him wear a shirt with an alternative charity sponsor. They've already gained a massive amount of publicity from this, and will continue to do so if Cisse stays at the club.

They could even make a payment to the charity in question and really reap the good will.

Newcastle United have fined Papiss Cisse for refusing to wear shirt showing club sponsor Wonga.

Initial fine of £5000, rising to £47,987,654 if he hasn't paid by Friday.

And yes, you probably have already seen this joke on Twitter

Not being a twitterer , I hadn't so

:) :)

It does rather seem like Pardew has put Kinnear in his place and got him to shut up, which is a great shame.

I thought there would have been more fall out from this but it is oddly quiet, which judging by Mike Ashley's form to date probably means he is going announce he is changing the name of the club to Sports Direct FC.

Oh and a odd little fact I picked up the other day... Newcastle Brown ale went into production shortly after Newcastle won the league, they've not won it since. Seemingly because everyone associated with the club since then has been consuming far too much of the stuff.

I wouldn't wear Wonga shirt.   They're scum.

Certainly would boycott any Villa shirts sponsored by a payday loan company.

Just out of interest, what are your feelings on a large gambling company in Genting, 32Red or Dafabet.

plenty of time Trent, and knowing the personalities involved you just know it is going to kick off again. Mind you pardew holds some good cards.

Maybe it will get interesting when they fall out over a player signing or not

Virgin Money offer loans to mortgage customers.

Our Personal Secured Loans are at a variable rate, currently 9.79% (Standard Variable Rate +5%), for the life of the loan.

The overall cost for comparison is 10.6% APR.

Your personal secured loan is secured against your home so we do recommend you review your protection needs.

You can choose to repay our secured loan over 5 to 35 years (25 years for Buy to Let mortgages).

The repayment term must be equal to or less than the remaining term of the original mortgage.

Wonga's APR is over 5,000%. Completely different companies. Both Virgin and Northern Rock are broader financial companies. Wonga are merely vultures.

Comparing APR across different loan amounts and loan terms is pure unadulterated idiocy.

It's been a while since Kinnear had his latest outburst, im hoping that he expresses his opinion on the Cisse issue.

Gagged in the cupboard is the only logical reason!

I hope that rumour is true, will he then bring in the rest of the crazy gang crew, Marcus Gayle, etc

Oh, yes please. The return of Geordie hero Dennis Wise.

Yep rejected a roll as Kinnear's "assistant"  in order to stay at Millwall.

No denying the story for Kinnear as their are direct quotes from Harford saying he has turned down the job.

Awkward.....

Anyone got any popcorn?
