Please Disable Multi Quote!

It's driving me (and no doubt many others) having to scroll down walls of text all the time because numpties are using this function needlessly! It's a nightmare for mobile phone and tablet readers! You only need a quote function no a multi quote, the conversation still runs fine without it.

 

Please disable it as it's making the forum unusable!

To be fair, the only real issue with multi-quoting came from those of us regularly using the site on mobile. If it's having an adverse effect on the site proper maybe it's not worth the hassle?

Indeed, some people did. As we've no access to the data it's pointless hypothesising what percentage that was. I do know from personal experience that on the "small screen" of the iPhone (a rather popular phone, still) it was/is a rather uncomfortable experience. 

 

That said, my point above stands.
