Could he have been released without us noticing? Juve, Inter, Milan, Roma tend to get the biggest slice of the pie as they are allowed to handle their own TV rights. Shit system, slightly modified so the league gets a bit more to distribute meritocratically recently but no Frosinone don't have loads of money to spend. Only the "T O N" actually ended up on the shirt.
