villa4europe Posted June 18, 2013 Share Posted June 18, 2013 yep, I think they need to look at appointing a proper youth coach rather than someone who has failed in the championship they aint having cowans or mcandrew but that's what it needs pearce and wigley aren't youth coaches, we have eastick in there who is a youth coach and the U19s are run by noel whatshisface, but its not enough, it needs an entire set up based around coaches who coach at that level Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
