snowychap
Hunter Mahan has just 'tweeted' that he's heard it's a two shot penalty for Woods.
CI
Glad woods hasn't been DQ'd Better tourniquet with him in it
memoryof82
Two shots would leave him 5 shots from Day at the moment. Paddypower have just increased his odds to 9/2 and still slight favourite Edited April 13, 2013 by memoryof82
snowychap
Yep - bottled it. Poor form.
memoryof82
Two shots seems very lenient This is what he said about the penalty stroke given to Guan. Meath_Villan
bit of a farce with tiger ....but sponsors make the rules by the looks of it
CI
Yep, imagine the scene with Nike if he'd been DQ'd. Steve Stricker has flown up the leader board now -

CI
True, the game is a lot poorer without Woods around. Still, I doubt he's going to win this , lots in contention tomorrow could be amazing

Milfner
Had a look at the odds before the start of play. Leishman who's two shots off the lead was 22/1 so had a couple of quid e/w (3 places) on him. His last round wasn't great but he's well in contention. snowychap
Looking at the early scores today, it looks as though it may be not be a birdie fest. I wouldn't be surprised if it's similar to yesterday and there may be a couple of scores around the 67/68 mark but unlikely to have people ripping up trees (watch Woods shoot a 63 or something now!). I agree on the Leishman price - looks too big. Edit: A few more red numbers appearing now so perhaps the above was wrong. snowychap
Edit: A few more red numbers appearing now so perhaps the above was wrong.Looking like it was wrong as we've already had two 68s and a 67 and Toms is 5 under with one to play already.Looks like they may have loaded the back nine with birdie opportunities as usual so fingers crossed it's like two years ago.
