Shillzz
Anybody got any suggestions for good places to stay in Singapore? It's all pretty expensive, and I'm staring down the barrel of a multi-share dorm room at the moment.
legov
Budget? I don't know much about temporary accommodation, but I can try my best to help (don't feel like doing work right now anyway)
Shillzz
Budget? I don't know much about temporary accommodation, but I can try my best to help (don't feel like doing work right now anyway) Not desperately budget, but £50 a night maximum. Was having serious trouble finding anything decent in that range. Funnily enough, Marina Bay Sands didn't have anything for me.
legov
50quid works out to about S$97. I'm surprised you can't find a place that gives you your own room at that price tbh. I did a quick search. Have you tried this yet? Private room for $88 a night.

This looks good though, and is within the price range. Thanks

Thanks No problem I know a lot more about life there in general than I do about the city's temporary accommodation options (after all, I grew up there), so if there's anything else just ask.
