Heartrate down under normal levels again, won comfortably really. We made their goal, good defending against a team of oafs. CNZ and Clark MOM for me, Delph is about 1000 times better than Bannan and ElHamadi.

Delph: 6 - Bit of a headless chicken at times and great at others

Nzogbia: 9 - won us this game
Benteke: 7 - Good penalty but at bit quiet otherwise

subs: Bent: 6 - Great clearence and got involved well

Dawkins 5 - Got in some good positions but looked a bit dobbins to me

Clark gets some stick but man of the match. The whole back four played well, need to stick with them, keep any of our dodgy natural left backs far away.

 

Dawkins looked decent.

 

We should stick with the team that finished the game bar Sylla for Nzogbia.

Good result and a well deserved one all things considered.. 

 

Benteke and N'Zogbia were great in attack. Clark held the fort in defense and Westwood and Delph did a great job and the own goal was unlucky.

 

I thought Dawkins did very well though he needs to cut out the diving as he could have scored today had he stayed on his feet.

 

I think Bowery was the weak link today and he didn't look like a Premier League player, possibly one for the future but he needs to improve a lot.
