They've only lost 2 of their last 12 games in the league which includes beating us, QPR, Newcastle and Reading ( all the teams around them ) and have got draws away with Stoke, Fulham, and Chelsea ( all difficult away fixtures ) as well as drawing with Arsenal. The players were obviously still playing for him so it doesn't make any sense.
