mykeyb
My son bought COD Black Ops 2 with some Christmas money and we have been playing on line - rather good fun. However out of his 5 controllers 4 of them have the issue where it keeps disconnecting because the battery compartment appears to be loose. I have ordered 2 rechargable packs from ebay and last night spent a good half hour cleaning all the contacts etc because there is nothing more annoying than being ready to blast someone and your controller disconnects. Has anyone else had this problem.
PieFacE Posted January 3, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted January 3, 2013 Do the controllers get rage-bashed?
mykeyb
No not really. He is pretty good at looking after his tech stuff.
Nath182
I FIFA smash the shit out of mine all the time and never have this issue. You must be really unlucky to have the problem with 4/5 of the pads!
leemond2008
when I had a 360 I somehow managed to acquire about 6 pads and there was something wrong with everyone of them, not the problem you are having but buttons sticking, buttons not responding, analogue thing not moving or responding etc etc and I never rage smash when I played it because it was so rare that I switched it on I couldn't be arsed to get wound up by it
mykeyb
Bought a couple of the cheap rechargable battery packs of ebay (something like 2 for 6 quid) and problem solved. Packs click in very well and is a tight fit so no movement. I will look at getting a couple more at that price.
