He's a bit like Adama a few years back (although some would say now). Pace gets him into really good positions and then dosen't have composure or clarity of mind to make right decision. Interesting what a full season under Bielsa will do, you loaned out someone like Poveda who was supposed to be highly rated so that creates some space in squad.
