How many times do commentators need to say “it’s unlike Salah to miss a chance like that” before they realise that it is in fact like him to do so?

This is like when Bacuna was referred to as a free kick specialist for years because he scored one once.

It's because they think the Salah of 2017/18 is how he actually is rather than recognising that it was a once in a lifetime season that he will never have again in his career.

Forgot this one, on talksport after the Newcastle man city match the other week stuart Pearce was asked to pick the motm, he actually said

"Well fernandinho has been the best player on the pitch so I've given it to dubravka"

From what I've seen on twitter Danny Kelly on talks port last night tried to get a debate going over Palace v Brighton being a bigger Derby than villa v blues

I honestly don't know why it's even a Derby

Neither side had a derby in the 70s so chose each other. Something random like that

Then they both appointed managers that hated each other and it grew

Slippy G played between 2010-2015 and outside of 2013-14 he was a shadow of his former self. Ridiculous.

It's the hypocracy of it that's annoying, Terry not in there because he did his stuff in the 00s but 1) so did Gerrard 2) he's done a lot more this decade than VVD

Gerrard over silva is beyond a joke

TAA shows you how bad RBs have been though, he doesn't deserve it either and he's not even got near his peak yet but other than maybe azpileuwhatshisface who else is there?

Edit - I'll throw sagna in there too, maybe ivanovic depending on where you saw him as playing best, it's not that much of a stretch still

Edit 2 - zabaleta

I didn’t bother going up the ground today so watched the game on Prime. Not sure what we’ve done to annoy the commentator, but it was one of the most biased commentary’s I’ve ever heard. He really could not say a good word about us. When we scored he literally went silent for about 20 seconds, and then said it was one of the biggest smash and grabs he’d ever seen.

Just watched a captain Jack interviewing dean Smith after the game yesterday

First minute or so is deano saying how well Watford have done under Pearson since he took over, Jack's follow up question

"Watford have recently appointed a new manager so they're going to be playing for the shirts aren't they"

Why did he get a gig back on avtv?
