I don't think he's average tbh, he's a 30m player in my view.

But 50m is just crazy!

Although he is not worth 49M for people to say he is very average amazes me. I bet those same people will be his number 1 fans next summer. The guy is 20 years old and already one of the most dangerous attacking players in the league!

Is he? I rate Coutinho higher myself...

He will only get better. I agree with the 30M. Liverpool have done good business because they didn't need to sell him.

He is a headless chicken who runs down blind alleys. No surprise Suarez missing has made him look very predictable

Seriously have you watched this guy play?

yes he was atrocious at Wembley, Champions League games and the United vs Liverpool game as that was really only Liverpool games I watched last season

If he was from the continent he would be worth about 12 million at most

I like Sterling. Isn't worth £49m.

£20m? Probably. That is with the "english premium" tax.

I can see him doing well at City, I also think he will be a regular there.

Silva, Aguero and Sterling in one team is one pretty exciting to be honest.

I like him too. Saw him destroy city a couple of seasons ago and Chelsea last season. They couldn't handle his turn of pace. Yes they have paid way to much but considering they can get around 10 years out of him it's probably worth it.

He will be a big player for them and England.

at 49 mill its more than likely gonna be Silva Aguero and Sterling as often as he can

i dont think hes done aswell as hes capable of thats why i said average but in theory if plop had of had a decent striker last season he would of more than likely had a better season.capable of alot more and although hes not worth 49 mill im secretely hoping with every other England fan he has a good season and pushes on
