a 3 yr deal so you've got another season of disappointment when it comes to the kits!!!

I'd be more worried about the seasons of disappointment on the pitch tbh

Well yes, of course! But thats also a convo for a different thread!

I'm more annoyed at the fact the children's shirt doesn't have the acorns logo on as sponsors. Seems a waste to just have nothing there, and I think it looks better with a sponsor.

Yes that would be brilliant or if we really had to MACRON \o/ on it

he doesnt tho..... villa have done nowt wrong..... it seems to me that his concern is that he's small for his age...... he doesnt care about the rights or wrongs of the sponsor as he wants to buy one, but it wont fit him cos he looks like Willow......... well i think villa should send him a growing machine

I do care about the rights and wrongs just a little annoyed, as you can see

Bulk up a bit by using some weights mate (bench press) and then adult shirt will fit you mate, just a thought as i was only around 5ft 1 or 2 when 15/16 but now around 5ft 8!!

The letter itself is reasonable except you should have written 'allowed' not 'aloud'. :winkold:

Yeah was a little rushed

No problem. When the Daily Mail keeps printing that most of the UK's school leavers are illiterate, you have proved a decent exception. 8)

I think you need to get a grip to be honest, i wish they would sell adult ones without a sponser on.

Why are you so keen to advertise someone elses casino?

I don't want to advertise because if I did, I would hang a bigger banner outside, all I want is to be able to wear the same shirt as all of my mates and the players, and I don't want to wear a boring, plain shirt, it looks far better with the sponsorship on

I wanted to buy an Ireland jersey like the ones the players wear (with no sponsorship) but you can only actually buy the jersey with the '3' logo on the front. The only Ireland jerseys that don't have it are the actual players' jerseys because FIFA must prohibit sponsors from international jerseys.

In the end I'm glad I didn't bother buying one.......

Good point. It wouldn't hurt the club to offer a free Acorns print on each children's shirt bought from the club, or a free Acorns print on a children's shirt bought elsewhere but when paying for badges/numbers/names printing at the club shop.

Kids 15 years old. Got enough guts to write the club a letter of complaint and post in it here on villa talk, it's not the best letter I've seen but he got some fair points even though it's a bit clumsy written.

Yet some of you guys here, who might two or three times his age jumps on his back like some schoolyard bullies with your snide remarks and sarcastic comments.

It's pathetic.

You have every right to voice your concern Villamad0, well done.

If I were you I'd spend some more time on the letter, try to get some structure and make sure to get the grammar and spelling are correct.

And I'd ask for some feedback another place then Villatalk.

I would imagine that Genting would probably resist this. They're sponsorship is basically buying them the 2012-2013 shirt as it's own entity. They won't want to share or dilute that in anyway even if it is just the kids shirts. Just as you won't ever be able to buy a jersey without the sponsor's name on it (except the kids ones obviously).
