Moderator BOF Posted April 29, 2013 Moderator Share Posted April 29, 2013 Ex-United player Paul Pogba. Oh how they should've given him what he wanted

VillaGoMarching
The problem is, they chose to keep Anderson, Scholes and the stricken Fletcher. While Pogba has excelled this season given game time by Juventus.
Moderator BOF Posted May 1, 2013 Moderator Share Posted May 1, 2013 True Rev Although VGM is right too. They only let him go because he asked for £30k as a kid and they said no, despite him being way above anything that was in their youth side. He was always gonna be a star. They knew that too and they made a silly decision. You can't get 'em all right I suppose. He's a star in a(nother) title winning side now
kurtsimonw
When they end up spending £20m and £70k a week to fill the gap he would've filled, all over not spending an extra £15k a week or something, then it'll look very silly.
darrenm
Very poor defending. Nobody tracks anybody and it's far too easy for Everton.

So he got his agent to do the rest.

Moderator BOF Posted August 30, 2013 Moderator Share Posted August 30, 2013 In last night's Burton-Fulham penalty shoot out........ Didn't they change the rule a few years back so that this would be a goal. It used to be that in a penalty shoot-out once the ball didn't go directly in, it wasn't a goal. Once it's travelling away from the goal (after hitting the post) it's a miss. So he's lucky in more ways than one.
