turnbull
1. Chris Nichol's goal at Old Trafford against Everton in the League Cup Final. We had battered them throughout the second half but were still a goal down, when Nichol shaped up to shoot. I turned to my mate and said what is Nichol shooting from there for, goooooooooal. . Magic. Or Graydon's penalty against Norwich in the 75 LC final. Ray shot- we all jumped in the air Keelan touched it onto the post-we were deflated The ball came back to Ray-yessss He controlled it-oh no what's he doing that for?! He buried it- we went barmy. Sir Ron's first trophy in the bag-goooooooo ooooooonnnnnnn!
Oaks
Apart from the obvious, Gary Cahills overhead volley thing against Blues...magical.
briny_ear
Some good memories here. My ranking: 1. Dennis M lifting the European Cup 1981 2. Johnny Dixon lifting the FA Cup 1957 3. 1972 - achieving promotion from Div 3 to Div 2 and setting us on the road to win the European Cup 4.
