It's the biggest English language forum on the Web. /b/ or "random" is the weirdest place, most internet memes start there, then they go through Reddit and various other forums before going to Facebook to die. Some of the stuff on there is really cool, but you have to wade through an awful lot of shit to get there.. The worst part is when some dickhead starts posting images of child porn on there.. you have to be extremely careful what you click on. Also, don't go there if you have a particular problem with the words; Faggot Ni**er word removed Also, if you're a girl, make sure you take a picture of your tits before you post... Well, everyone else seems to have summed it up, other than the *chan bit - thats just referring to other *chans I used at various times, like 420chan and 7chan. As you can probaly guess 420 was for srs stoners, and 7, well, when 4chan went shit a good few years ago, alot of the posters went there. There are some very illegal goings on in those parts, its pretty safe to assume a high proportion of the srs 'hacktivists' (and by serious I mean rly srs, not just the general DDOS attacking masses which obviously anyone can do) are based there, and the rest are CP posting furry loving loli fags or something Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hell, I thought I was a frly srs stnr, but the 420 bit escapes me. (Anyone?). 7chan sounds extremely cool on one hand and extremely not quite so cool on the other. I guess their idea is complete freedom of expression and stuff, but allowing themselves to be associated with CP is unlikely to be a wise move in the long run. This is new, and means they may be able to ban all IPs that put child porn onto the site. As has been said, its the largest free forum on the web and it's still rare for someone to put CP onto the site.. It's disgusting obviously, so them having this ID thing will hopefully get rid of it. That said, if anyone in their right mind put something they didn't want to get caught for onto the web without a proxy, they deserve getting whatever comes to them.
