theunderstudy
Getting annoyed at the people whinging about "non-Irish people jumping on the Irish bandwagon", let them celebrate it for **** sake, do you see people whinging about atheists celebrating Christmas with the same vigour? It's a feast day to celebrate the (Welsh) Irish patron saint , either celebrate it or don't, but just stop whining.
Awol
Watching the rugby and hopefully commiserating with the legion of Irishmen here as they cry into their pints at full time.
theunderstudy
Personally I might have a drink or two at home later. But that's just me.

dAVe80
Ah it's that time of the year again. Everyone goes out, pretend they're Irish, and drink all the Guinness. Then us people who drink it the rest of the year, have to drink something else the next day, cus all the pseudo Irish have depleted our supply. Brumerican
It's not for me to be fair. The whole notion of a "Saint" is just religious nonsense and I'm not even that big on patriotism or nationalism either. I don't celebrate St georges day so certainly couldn't care less about Patrick . I am however quite keen on the alcoholism involved in these events but I celebrate that any day ! Good luck to those who are into that sort of thing though!
ME
Normally you have to be a bit careful because over here everyone just goes crazy for an excuse to get drunk in harmony. But this year it's actually a bit scary. The weather is amazing so EVERYONE and their grandma will be out. For some reason there are actually 5 pubs within about 10 minutes of eachother that are owned by irish folk soooooo no one that lives or works near the beach will be safe all day. *aka* I'm screwed.
