Paddywhack Posted March 14, 2012 Share Posted March 14, 2012 I was in Dale Endy, Digbethy area yesterday for the first time in maybe two years. The amount of changes were incredible, I didn't recognise half of it. Who needs X-factor? This City is coming on leaps and bounds IMO. I think it'll take a lot for us to shake off the perception of Brum the rest of the country seem to have, but I think it's turning into a beautiful city. mjmooney Posted March 14, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted March 14, 2012 It's my perception that all the big ex-industrial cities - certainly Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow (and I'd guess Liverpool and Bristol, but I don't know them) have improved leaps and bounds over the last 20 years.
