Look at him. **** off, the limelight isn't yours you prat. You failed. Do one.

word removed.

Has he shagged your sister or something?

How can you be offended so much by an 18 year old?

The Chinese bloke was gutted with the silver.

He was a word removed hair away from Gold, so I can understand.

Stark contrast with his reaction and Daley's delight at bronze.

Typical keyboard warrior talk. Failed at what? He would have always struggled to beat Qiu Bo - one of the best, if the best diver to have lived. The American has had the competition of his life. He has nothing to be ashamed about and certainly hasn't 'failed'. He has done his Dad proud.

Well done, Daley.

Ha! I'm not entirely sure. You know when you just want to pummel somebody's face in for absolutely no logical reason?

Ahhhh **** it, well done Daley.

There's a huge party going on in NW London - it sounds huge anyway from my flat in Ruislip (it's rather good - there sounds like a fair few people there singing along :D). Now either it's an Olympics finishing shindig for people who like to celebrate these things or an athlete or 2 is renting a house :D I'm half tempted to go and find it and make believe that I know everyone :D I figure if I call everyone Dave, it'll be fine.

It's bloody loud (I'm on the 6th floor of a flat overlooking Ruislip and it's deafening). Some decent music too!

From the commentary, going into the last dive, Daley knew he had no chance because of the relatively low difficulty of his final dive and therefore was probably delighted with bronze.

The Chinese diver lost it on one or two judges giving him a 9.0 instead of a 9.5 for his final dive - Pretty much as close you can get to gold in any event.

He didn't fail but the jump in the pool for 3rd place was way over the top. We often slate the yanks for being shit winners but Boudia was class personified, whereas Daley looks a bit of a knob.

Any idea who is performing tomorrow night

Tell me it's not McCartney again

Tinie Tempah, Linkin Park, George Michael and a few C Lists.

Toying with the "Not sure if serious" picture.

**** better not be. I think I'd even rather have Macca again.
