Keyblade Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Hope the conditions are decent. Wish it was at VP as the pitch is usually top class even in these sort of conditions.
PriceyDownunder Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 0-3 I have total faith that the defence will keep a clean sheet away and that Warnock will find it in himself to get a hat trick. Whatever you're smoking, I want some...
CI Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Not much snow at all in Newcastle In hotel right next to the ground, conditions should be nigh on perfect albeit farkin ffffrezin
romavillan Posted February 5, 2012 VT Supporter Posted February 5, 2012 bbc says gabby, albrighton and collins are all out
Keyblade Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Thought Gabby was fit but Albrighton and Collins were out? This was from the OS mind.
romavillan Posted February 5, 2012 VT Supporter Posted February 5, 2012 "Aston Villa forward Gabriel Agbonlahor is again a major fitness doubt with back and hamstring spasms." oddschecker paints a pretty bleak picture for this game! if we play well we can get a good result here though. depends if they come out with confidence or not i spose...
Keyblade Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 VILLA: Given, Hutton, Cuellar, Dunne, Warnock, N’Zogbia, Ireland, Petrov, Clark, Bent, Keane. Subs: Guzan, Weimann, Gardner, Bannan, Baker, Lichaj, Heskey.
OnlyOne Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Lichaj or Baker available for left back but he chooses Warnock again. Deathwish.
Demitri_C Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 hutton remains rb even though he is utter shite warnock stays lb even though he is utter shite where on earth is enda stevens? our bench is weaker than mr muscle
Morpheus Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Simpson apparently not yet signed a new contract at Newcastle. A decent RB we need so have a word AM today at the game.
AvfcTheObsession Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Looking at their team on paper without Cabaye and Tiote, I honestly think our line-up looks stronger. We just need all our players playing to their potential (particularly looking at Ireland and N'Zogbia here), but think our strikers will cause them problems and am expecting at least a draw today.
sonic_bouma Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Simpson apparently not yet signed a new contract at Newcastle. A decent RB we need so have a word AM today at the game. newcastle fans would gladly see him move he's not rated up there thick as a plank they reckon
Spoony Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Hutton and Warnock. I would rather not play anyone
dudevillaisnice Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 It's a joke how Warnock keeps his place..
HongKongVillan Posted February 5, 2012 VT Supporter Posted February 5, 2012 Not feeling confident about this but will watch anyway.....utv
VillaGoMarching Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 arguably Newcastle are playing a team of 7 defenders plus ba, gutierez and best, does mean they have options on the bench though.
kidlewis Posted February 5, 2012 Author Posted February 5, 2012 newcastle look organised in Midfield, not a lot of room in the centre of the park. it will be top through balls which will win this game. Or a howler.
sonic_bouma Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 well bents lost the ball 3 times already **** get with it darren
