My Liverpool supporting friend now saying they would be competing for the championship if Gerrard was fit all season.

Fingers crossed that with Carroll, Downing and Suarez's competency in front of goal they'll be competing for the Championship before too long.

Only caught the 2nd half but how woeful were NUFC

32 passes at one stage all tippy tappy in their own half - remind you of anyone ??

Ultimately they lost the ball and the Tramps scored
