We had a good chat last night and got a lot of stuff out on the table.

Still choppy waters ahead but we've got something to work with.

That's something mate. Best of luck to you :)

I'll save the full story for another time but my relationship with my wife looks to be rapidly going down the pan. Been together 16 years, married for 9, 2 incredible kids... but she wants out. No trigger that I am aware of. She just says over time she's felt like she doesn't want me anymore :(

Shes been away this week and due back this afternoon. It's gonna be a pretty horrible weekend.

****, really sorry to hear this mate :(

Edit: posted this before I saw the follow ups. Glad you've made progress!

just remember fresh starts are for both of you

now might be the only chance you get to say that thing you've been wanting to say or make some sort of change you've wanted to see happen

Baffling creatures, women. Some are utter words removed as well.

I thought at 37 I wouldn't be played but my word, i've been played like a bagpipe recently.

You never stop learning.

Bear in mind what the Buddhists say, that suffering can't be avoided and you can only choose between one sort of suffering or another.

You can only choose between the suffering of being in a relationship and the suffering of not being in a relationship. B)

Someone who goes from confessing their love to you to ignoring you and blocking you on Whatsapp in a matter of days, without a crossed word said between us.

Bizarre.
