Rodders
Carroll is nowhere near good enough for Liverpool. It's beyond me why they bought him. yet even at £35mil it'll be a long while before he's considered a flop oddly enough. Hilarious fee.

DeepDish
Jeezus, how did not Fulham score there? One way second half and then Spurs score in the last second after been battered.
Mantis
I'm undecided about Martinez. On the one hand Wigan are doing terribly but on the other hand it's a small miracle that they're still in this division in the first place given their squad and lack of resources. I think N'Zogbia leaving had a big impact as he was by far their best player.
Zatman
I think Martinez has been a poor manager compared to Bruce who had similar budgets at the club. Dont think its a miracle they are still in Premier League as a lot of worse teams have been promoted in last few years like Burnley, Hull and Blackpool. I think when Wigan go down we will not see them in top flight again
CI
For me, Martinez scrubs ok, ie a decent shirt with a half windsor, always gives an honest interview to BBC so image wise its bang on the money However at PL level, no, not for me. Good League 1 / Championship Manager
The_Rev
Martinez's system would work a lot better with better players. Swansea are a team still playing his football and just look at them. I think he would have done well here.
Zatman
think he would struggle with our players unless he got a lot of investment here
Chindie Posted November 6, 2011 VT Supporter Share Posted November 6, 2011 Martinez's failure to be a pragmatist is a failure of him as a manager imo. While its laudable that he plays nice football with a poor side, I'm sure Wigan might prefer to not be relegated.

PompeyVillan
Boltons first goal was a joke. Wasn't an intentional backpass and very, very unsporting from Klasnic.
Rodders
quick thinking I'd say, I;d blame Webb for being the douche not the player. The player's responsible for his side's success, the ref for the arbitration of the match.
AVFC-Prideofbrum
Athletic Bilbao 2-2 Barcelona. Bilbao was winning until another red card vs barcelona. Unfortunately when a player makes two tackles deserving of a yellow, they are awarded red cards. It's been the rules for a while now.
