CrackpotForeigner
I think a ticker tape parade in the centre of Brum is in order. Well, maybe a little OTT, but it is good to sit and gaze at that league table for a while. Not too long, though. Half an hour max. It's early days, after all. pete165
A good start was always important and from where I'm standing, McLeish hasn't put a single foot wrong yet. Honest integrity in interviews, humble with fans in the face of considerable vitriol and has used the players who were out in the cold as well as some youngsters. Early days but nothing to criticise so far.

AstonMartin82
Last time we were there was Nov 2001 I believe... At least that's what SuperSport have just broadcast... I remember the game where we went top... it was Mellberg's first season at the Villa and I believe we had just signed Schmeichel as well? Can't remember the game, but possibly could of been Derby?
