Flapping at crosses, not commanding. It never really changed. I would spare him the worst criticism, but only because some players were a disgrace, whereas he was just a limited player. This is a silly argument. You are bringing up examples when Guzan was younger and still developing as a keeper. I can say easily point out Cech's faults when he was playing in France around the same age. Guzan definitely improved as a keeper since we signed him. No denying that. His vulnerability then was clear, as it was last season and in previous seasons. As I said, IMO he was, and is, and will be, only ever an average keeper. If you think different, fine.
