villanesque
Wenger would be crazy. Is he getting sick of Arsenal? Does he want the chance to build another dynasty at Villa carrying on where Houllier left over? All I hear out of Arsenal these days is moaning and groaning. Am I delusional for even thinking this? It would. Not sure but they do seem sick of him. Unsure but I'd imagine that Wenger wanting Houllier's sloppy seconds suits his personality. True, That moaning and groaning is how often they get so close but yet don't come good at the end and are then the worst kind of ****. Yes. KHV
Can anyone think of some good example of a Champions League manager leaving (or getting sacked) to manager a non-champions league one? I think there would be quite a few. Louis van Gaal
Folski
Just a quick summary, we obviously sent out letters to a lot of clubs within the premiership. Arsenal - Wenger - Hardly sent a letter Birmingham - McLeish - Could well have sent a letter Blackburn - Kean - Hope we didn't. Blackpool - Holloway - Hope we didn't. Bolton - Coyle - Could well have enquired. Chelsea - ? - Everton - Moyes - More than likely enquired. Fulham - Hughes/Jol - Probably didn't. Liverpool - Kenny - Most definitely did not. Man City - Mancini - Most definitely did not. Man Utd - Fergie - Most definitely did not. Norwich - Lambert - Could well have. Newcastle - Pardew - Pray we didn't. QPR - Warnock - Unlikely we enquired. Stoke - Pulis - Possibly. Sunderland - Bruce - Possibly but unlikely. Swansea - Rodgers - Unlikely. Tottenham - Redknapp - Highly unlikely. WBA - Hodgson - Possibly but unlikely. West Ham - Allardyce - Highly unlikely. Wigan - Martinez - Enquired. Wolves - MacCarthy - Could have but hope not. Does anyone think there's like a bit of teasing going on between the managers who got a letter and those who didn't?

diehardvillan
Coop_86 Chris Cooper @ @CarlRoney @tom198310 The only reason I would be happy, is that I would know we would have had to make some serious promises to get him

Realistcally we should have only sent one letter out and that should have been to Moyes. I wouldnt bother with any of the others and obviously you wouldnt bother writing to any of the top six
Coops_AVFC
Was seething listening to Talksport earlier on in the van, that Durham bloke drives me up the pissing wall!! Wouldn't be that bad without that smug tone of his or looking down his nose all the time. Some day people like him will understand Randy's process. Anyway. Moyes or Hughes please. Don_Simon
I mightve missed the sarcasm in this, but if I didn't, on a day of ridiculous posts entering a whole new stratosphere, this one really takes the prize. We "couldve" written a letter to Mick McCarthy hoping to enter discussions for our vacant managerial position? Utter mentalism.
