It also prevented a lot of the “I'm not a tradesman honest gov” types who aren't meant to be there but always are because you had to book at least a day in advance
Genie
Have been keeping my eye out for an Amazon Echo dot with clock to be in the sale and it is now as part of the Prime Event. £25 off, just ordered and same day delivery on a Sunday. Incredible.

I can highly recommend a trip to the recycling 30 minutes before kick off. Basically, if I’d turned up with a drum of burning oil and a load of asbestos they’d have just told me to bung it in the general skip.

AlwaysAVFC
I had tickets to the Wembley round of 16 game on Saturday, which I lost when capacity was cut. We are meeting up in London anyway for some beers but just managed to get some again. So will be going to Wembley for Italy v Austria, the last match I went to was our cup final.
Popular Post Dodgyknees
Been a crappy few months health wise, but today something made me feel so good. As part of my job I’m expected to take photos, film etc, today I met 8 people who are residents in one of our care homes. They haven’t had the best lives, but they were taking part in music sessions, I’ve heard the song they are recording and it made me cry a little. I can’t say much more here as it’s secret atm, but I’m going to share it when I can. It made me feel so good, what good can be done with music.

They gave me another 20% refund (£79) as apology. Total cost now £316.
sidcow Posted June 27, 2021 VT Supporter Share Posted June 27, 2021 I'm currently parked up in The Holte End car park looking at gods own football stand. The railings are looking a little pink though. 1

Paddywhack
I really hate the Netflix du dum, it sounds like an error message. If it wants to make noises why can't it be nice soothing sounds like the playstation.

No I didn't, that's interesting. I already know I'm going to bore my wife by telling her this fact every time we load Netflix.
Popular Post Big Salad
A long time friend of mine got engaged yesterday and I couldn't be more chuffed for him. He has had so many issues with women in the past (Being cheated on, used, etc) and I am glad that it appears he has found one who truly loves him for him. Being happy for others, especially those close to me either friend or family, always cheers me up.

I celebrate with them their small victories. Too many people harshing others buzz these days.
