We'll be fine with Vlaar-Baker, but I feel for Ciaran, who I like very much. This also means Okore is on the bench, I think. Sometimes you have to stick with someone and not sell them at the first sign of a poor performance. He came in at 19 and must've had a huge amount of CB partners, as well as being played in midfield and at left back. Still of a decent age and reliable and solid. Hope he can continue this in to next season. Shame he'll miss his Wembley appearance that he more than deserves. In past seasons we would have been in deep shit but look at the players we have available now that can fill in for him; Okore, Vlaar, Baker, Senderos. Strength in depth.
