If the owners say he’s not for sale, then he’s not for sale.

I think most of us know better than to judge Jack’s mood/body language/apparent opinion/disappointment via the London media.

I’d be very surprised if we don’t get a social media update from the man himself around 6pm fully emphasising his commitment to Aston Villa for this season.

The way some people comprehend English is utterly beyond me.

He's (quite obviously to me) saying it like a frickin' Bond villain. I.E. HE IS NOT GOING.

yah. If it had said "He is staying!" I'm sure it would be. Is it...

1) "he's staying put for a new offer"

or

2) "he's staying with us"

English is a wonderful language which can be taken in many ways.....

no need to get so stroppy and SHOUT AT ME !!!!

I will go away now and wait until 5pm or until the man himself comes out and says he is staying.

Tf? What is wrong with these people?

no kidding. I actually would find it refreshing and more respectable if some of these people actually admitted to being wrong/having bad sources/making shit up instead of running along with it. is it really that bad to admit to not always being right these days that you would rather fight for a lie? pathetic.

sky are still harping on about him being desperate to move...lot of folk in the media really want this to happen and we're being slated for not giving him his 'dream move' and implying we're holding his career back

maybe we're bias but wouldn't it be nice if for once a media outlet praised a club for standing firm?
