Remember 2 weeks ago when we were all laughing about city having no fan base and empty seats?

He's 2nd only to Ronaldo in shirt sales in the PL

That's what they've paid £100m for... 8 year old kids who are potential man City season tickets in 10 years time don't have Mahrez posters on their walls

Spot on. But it also means they have to start him too. Kids parents are paying to watch him.

Congrats Jack. You'll have loads of trophies but will become a nothing player in the process.

City really didn't need to spend £100m on him, not what they needed and it was a big waste of money.

You need to look at what he actually did when he took over at Barcelona...

"no real problems" 😂

The problems of Barcelona are hardly the problems of real world football, Yes he had the balls to drop a few big names to get them winning again, Hardly revolutionary considering they lost so many games in the latter quarter of the season before he took over. They finished 18 points behind Real Madrid. hardly crisis material For any other team  other than Barcelona

To quote Graham Taylor, a big club will fall far quicker because they are a big club but on the other hand they will rise quicker due to the same

Yeah and then he won the treble in his first season whilst playing brilliant football

Easy stuff, anyone could have done it

This pep is shite or pep is average stuff is compete laughable nonsense

I'm sorry but that's just bollocks. You don't win as many trophies as he's done without being an excellent manager. Yes he's worked at clubs where they've given him a lot of money, all the best managers in the world do the same, not sure what the point is there? He's not exactly going to take a job at Birmingham City to "prove a point" is he?

I think he's a bit of a Representative for Wellingborough at times but he's an excellent manager.  There's probably not a club in the world that wouldn't want him as a manager. Mourinho's recent appointments are examples of a bad manager who spend loads of money, just spending money doesn't equal success.

I've said this from the start. They never even needed him, It's so F******* frustrating, they needed a striker if anyone. Is he even as good as Foden in this squad? When goals are what win you games, I would have to say Foden will get you more, so Foden for me is the better player anyway.

Way too many people simply look at heynckes won the CL with bayern, pep didn't = peps shit mate

Just don't look at a 3 year period before pep during pep and after pep and do a proper analysis of what he did there...

Its also like he's the only city manager to ever spend money and that's why he's made them better than ever

Its annoying because Foden is their Grealish. They just had to take away someone who meant absolutely everything to our fanbase when it wasnt even needed. Still, rather he went there than Utd.

Foden and Sterling is doing what Jack isn't.

Pass and move.

Get into pockets of space.

Run in behind.

This just isn't Jack. Trying to transform himself into a player he isn't I don't think will work.

Nothing to do with being one of the best players in the league then

I would argue being 2nd isnt 'that' impressive tho.

Like Ronaldo shirt sales are probably 100k +

Grealish shirts are probably 1k-5k ? if that.

The Gulf is huge.
