There’s a bunch of planets that need to line up for it to work. Anyone claiming to be ITK is either making it up, or whoever told them is making it up. Also anyone wanting a quick ending to this is deluded. If he was 100% going, he’d have gone by now. If he was 100% staying he’d have signed a monster contract by now. This is going to drag on until city have failed in whatever their plan A is. For me it’s clear, Jack would prefer a move to city, but staying is not a bad fall back.
