Potential song for Jack:

To the tune of 'Hit the road Jack'

Get the ball Jack

Put defenders on their backs

Then score, then score, then score, then score;

Get the ball Jack

Put defenders on their backs

Then score

What do you think?

I know he hasn't actually scored a goal yet, but he will.... One day...

Fantastic!

Agreed! That song is a winner all day long.

It's been said, but his foot is a **** magnet.

I love him. I just hope he carries on next season.

Fridge?

Fanny?

Corners were excellent yesterday, remember him struggling with them in the QPR game but they were bang on the money yesterday.

He's playing well at the moment but could probably be a little bit more direct at times, think he'll be even better once he gets his first goal for us

I found it interesting that when benteke scored from the corner both Vlaar and Cleverley ran over celebrating to Grealish rather than Benteke. Must have been a training ground thing.

New song!

To the tune of "Local Boy in the Photograph" by Stereophonics:

He's got silly hair, and a cheeky grin,

He's gonna help the Villa win,

He's from England but he's Irish,

Local Boy, Jack Grealiiiiiiiiisssssssshhhhhhhh

Local Boy, Jack Grealiiiiiiiiisssssssshhhhhhhh

Repeat last line ad nauseum til he scores a belter. then start again!

You could replace the word 'backs' with 'ass'...

But then I am British, so ass means donkey... not backside...

He's so great to watch.

In an age when technical nightmares like Sterling constantly break through and are described as "raw", which translates as "can't trap a ball", Grealish saunters about like pissing Balllack barely looking at his feet.

I have just brought Jack into my dream team as captain.  I'm 80 points off the lead in my office league and need something magical to make up the gap.  not that I want to heap expectations on the lad, but I expect him to be the best player in the Prem for the next three games.

and for the next 20 years after those 3 games.

If fantasy football has taught me anything down through the years, it's that you can probably expect jack to score an own goal and get sent off in the next match

Potentially so good that's its frightening,if he were playing for Utd or Arsenal he would be hailed as the finest young player of the last 20 years and to think he is only 19.

Just that back when Grealish was sitting on the bench watching Villa's unbelievably soporific attack muster next to nothing from match to match, I was screaming for him to be given a chance because he was exactly the type of player we lacked.  Arguing that he couldn't possibly have done any worse than what we were seeing at the time and even the counter-argument that "what if he's not ready" wasn't valid because he couldn't have done any worse.  The fact he has subsequently proven that he was very much ready and everyone is now waxing lyrical about him is satisfying and I'm glad we are now reaping the benefits.
